The office staff oare very kind and helpful. Quiet area.

The management is great and works closely with the residents. The apartments are nice and provide a lot of space, however not very well insulated. The repair staff if great about fixing anything you need in a timely manner, even after hours.

It is the bext apartment complex I have ever lived in. The rent is more than reasonable for the spacious 2 bed room apartment we stay in.

I enjoy living here. It is a convient place in ralation to the places I like to go. It is a short drive to the store or to shopping at the mall. My church is close by and so, I'm able to get there in about 5 minutes. I have easy access to the interstate by going down Memorial to the bypass. The grounds are well kept, and the pool is fun to go to in the summer. I've found that there is a quick response to any complaints I've had. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. However, I find that my apartment is quite cold in the front areas (living room & dining room) and hot in the back. I think part of this is because the windows are single paned and not well insolated. I can hear every word almost that my neigbors above me say, and every movement they make. Also, the cabinet space is very lacking. They are small and not well planned.
